We're at the end of our second day of vacation, and I'm already sun burnt. Secretly, I kind of enjoy it, as long as it's not too burn-y. Kind of like how my brother-in-law likes a little sand in his potato chips. It's just not the beach without it!
There are all these tall flowers, some as high as eight feet, and I have no idea what they are. I just know I love them.
Creepy but lovely. Click to enlarge, if you don't have issues with weird cyborg bug eyes.
These plants looked evil and cyborg-y, too, if that's even possible. If you enlarge you can see a bunch of teeny-tiny ants sucking on it. Ew.
On the west coast there are palm trees everywhere. On the east coast we have pine trees.
I think I choose the tall flower in the first shot for my best. But it's hard to pick, because on vacation all of my shots feel like best shots!

ReplyDeleteSince when are dragonflies creepy? That's my fave shot. A lotta sun is good for the soul.
ReplyDeleteThe dragonfly is my fave too, as is the east coast. :o) Brilliant colors on the sunset.
