I just ordered some pizza from our local joint because we're just planning to relax and watch some hockey tonight. When I gave the guy on the phone our address for the delivery, he immediately knew what I was going to order. I felt my face turn red, which was kind of funny because, um, I was on the effing phone.
So you tell me, is it cool when your favorite place remembers your order or is it lame and the universe's was of telling us (me, really) to order less pizza?

Good or Bad?

I think it's cool. One chick at my local pizza joint knows our order, and so when I get her on the phone I know it won't be screwed up.
:)
Can I have an easier question?
Oh and is it me or are these word verification thingys getting harder and harder to read????????
When I was pregnant I had a craving for a specific pizza and we ordered it EVERY Friday night. After peanut arrived, I didn't have that incessant need for it and apparently didn't order for several months. When we finally did order again, the delivery guy said he wondered where we'd been - he thought we must have moved since we hadn't called in so long.
Talk about embarrassing.
Totally cool. And the words "order" and "less" and "pizza" should never, never, never be used consecutively in a sentence. I'll look it up when I get a chance, but I'm pretty sure that's one of those obscure English language rules.
I agree Susan. I love pizza more than any other take out. Just ask my husband!
Also, I feel like the word verifications sometimes read like Ikea products.
