I'm going to have to go with the standard "once more than you already have been" which, unfortunately, also applies to the next time, the time after that, and so on and so forth. Well, provided the throw-upper is one of your kiddos. If not, then once is far too many and whoever was deserves a good talking to.
That would depend on who does the throwing up - for strangers, once is too many, for your kids, the answer is (sadly) never. A barfy baby myself, my mum had a set of sweatshirts that she donned over her clothing any time she picked me up, which saved a lot of laundry. . .just remember to remove the sweatshirt before heading out into the wider world!

I've never been thrown up on. Of course, I'm not a mommy.
I always vowed, however, to throw up on someone (like at work or school) but it hasn't happened.
