Household Hints: Garden Edition

1. English ivy is truly the enemy of mankind.

2. Digging holes is hard. Digging holes is harder when it's 98 degrees outside and you are trying to dig through eons of English ivy vines.

3. Always wear lots of sunblock, front and back. Especially on the back. Since I didn't, I ended up with a horrible tank top sunburn. Oh and I also got a bit of a burn on my ass crack.

What?!? Did she just say her ass crack?

Yes, I did. See, I was wearing some old gym shorts. During the endless hours of pulling ivy vines out of the ground they might have slipped down a little. Since my hands were covered in muddy gloves, I didn't bother to pull them (and my underpants) back up. Therefore in addition to the sunburn I have along the top of my back I have a strip of my low back and high butt, including the uppermost portion of the crack, that is burnt to a crisp.

Disturbing, isn't it?

Here. This should help cleanse the palate.

One of these is my BSM. I can't pick, can you? Visit Mother May I for more!

I SO enjoy your writing. Sorry about the crack burn...that's just gotta hurt.
I can't pick a BSM for you either...I've narrowed it down to the first and third photos.

Aloe...lots and lots of aloe :)

Ouch! That does not sound like a fun place for a burn.

And I can't pick just one either - those are all fantastic shots!

Echoing the cries of "ouch!" and wishing, wishing, wishing we were close enough that I could scoop those gorgeous babies of yours up and smother them with kisses! That first shot is breathtaking.
