Sam has been all about apples lately. On Saturday he gobbled up this gala that was almost as big as his head. I loved this shot in particular because of the newborn photo of him on the other side of the frame. The juxtaposition of my big two year old eating his snack and that little wrinkly baby tweaks my heart.

My girl has been loving apples lately, too! That's such a sweet image...I do love the contrast with his baby self.

I love it when Harrison choses the apple to eat over anything else. I had the same feeling too the first time he started eating apples like a big boy. At 3, he's still my little baby.

Ironically, we do live near three mile island. It's about a hour and a half from here, and we pass the reactors when we drive to Pittsburgh to see our families!
