I was afraid to touch them. I think the skins were the only thing holding all the liquefied insides together.

I think you should enlarge these photos (5x7) and put them in matching mattes and frames. Instead of the pink you have here, use an orangey that matches the pears. Then hang them as a set.
I don't know - these pictures just grab me for some reason. Maybe it's the hint of morbid.
That is just gross! So, the smell hasn't made her throw them out?! Okay, all kinds of nasty thoughts... flies, insects... yuck.
des - I like them, too, but in a weird morbid way.
Val - In her defense, she was in the hospital for 5 days before thanksgiving.
