G is for Giraffe

Photobucket

Oh, G. You gave me and my partner a great deal of anxiety. So far, this was the only letter we were stressing over. I had a few sketchy approximations of Gs, but none that were really clear. Then last Thursday we went together to the zoo to try and shoot some animals, and as we walked through the huge iron gate, I started freaking out. All over the gate were these spiraling letter Gs! I don't know if it was intentional, since the zoo is on Girard Avenue, but we were delighted none the less!

I love how great these 2 pictures match up! This is such a great photo for a kids room or play room! I hear Etsy calling your name to open a shop:)

Love the wrought iron "G"! Goes great with the Giraffe one literal interpretation and one subjective one. Nice combo. :)

I had never thought of the Girard Avenue connection...good one. Seriously, we were two giddy school girls. It was pretty funny. Can't stop thinking about when you spotted that G.... :)

I think this is my favorite of all your alphabet shots...well, I guess I'd better go back and look at all of them again to make sure. ;) But I love, love this one!

You guys just Rocked It! I would have love to see you freaking out about the G scrolls on the gate at the zoo. I still need to get my boys there this year.
