We sold the house! The wonderful magnificent totally awesome mother fucking house! Someone else finally realized that it's a wonderful magnificent totally awesome mother fucking house, and decided to take it off of our hands. Now, we still have to undergo the inspections (regular, radon, termites) and then the bank appraisal, and then the relocation appraisal (?) and then the final walk-through, but those should all be completed by the end of the month. Then on August 31 we hand over the keys!
(I accidentally just typed 'kids' instead of 'keys.' Telling, no?)
Now we begin the only slightly less stressful process of finding a new house to live in. Wish us luck!
