Lucy rolled over last night. Sam didn't roll over until one day after he turned five months old. I'm thinking it may have been a fluke. It was during tummy time, though, which she despises, so it may have been her first act of defiance. Ah, girls!

I officially hate shopping. I never thought I'd say that, but I've been to more stores in the past five days than ever before in my life. As soon as I clear a space of boxes, I fill it back up with bags. Target, Babies R Us, groceries, you name it. Blah. I'm taking tomorrow off from shopping so that when I'm forced to go on Friday I won't be so burnt out.

Our neighbors own a bakery. They are super nice, and they just brought us a cake. It was mother-fucking-off-the-chain-delicious. My ass is in serious trouble.

At the playground this afternoon, a six year old boy came over and told us that Sam was just like a regular boy, only smaller. The truth behind his statement made me both laugh and cry.
