My Infant Prodigy, Among Other Things

Lucy rolled over last night. Sam didn't roll over until one day after he turned five months old. I'm thinking it may have been a fluke. It was during tummy time, though, which she despises, so it may have been her first act of defiance. Ah, girls!

Have you see this commercial for the new Clear Blue Easy pregnancy tests? Funniest. Thing. Ever.

I officially hate shopping. I never thought I'd say that, but I've been to more stores in the past five days than ever before in my life. As soon as I clear a space of boxes, I fill it back up with bags. Target, Babies R Us, groceries, you name it. Blah. I'm taking tomorrow off from shopping so that when I'm forced to go on Friday I won't be so burnt out.

Our neighbors own a bakery. They are super nice, and they just brought us a cake. It was mother-fucking-off-the-chain-delicious. My ass is in serious trouble.

Our new bed came yesterday. It was like sleeping on a thousand angels.

At the playground this afternoon, a six year old boy came over and told us that Sam was just like a regular boy, only smaller. The truth behind his statement made me both laugh and cry.

Cute picture of my boy makes up for the weak post, no?
